Includes 30 professional personalised coaching videos, 3 weekly strength sessions with 1 x session of conditioning.
Uncover our training method, developed over more than a decade, which combines Strength, Power, Conditioning, Isometrics, Ballistic, and Specific Jockey exercises designed to enhance your performance in the saddle.
This 12-week program includes five training sessions each week, featuring three days focused on strength and jockey conditioning, along with two solo conditioning mixed with aerobic and anaerobic sessions.
Alongside the 5 days of training each week includes a recovery/mobility session as well as a race/ride day warm up before you get on.
